ITV Weather Sponsorship
Marking our first project with travel company Thomas Cook, Fin produced a series of sponsor idents for ITV weather promoting the 170 year old brand.
Our brief was to inspire customers to book a holiday, while raising awareness of Thomas Cook's varied products for both family and luxury customers. Importantly, both had to convey an aspirational tone.
We made over 30 individual idents - each one branded for three separate ITV weather regions. This resulted in one of our largest single deliveries to the commercial network, spearheaded by Fin's Marion Stone.
The campaign creative was deliberately crafted to appeal to specific target markets, watching the weather at various times of day; more family-appealing for daytime and more luxurious for adults viewing in the evening.
Post-Production at Fin included grading in Baselight to emphasise the stunning colours captured on location, enhancing the summer feeling. Music was created in-house, carefully composed to tonally reflect each scene. Further sound work in post-production utilised effects to pick out key elements before final delivery to ITV.
