Fin’s latest Accurist ad for 2016 was a masterpiece of time management. With minimal extra studio time, Fin’s Head of Graphics, Darian Weir created a timeless new commercial to follow last year's relaunch, reinforcing Accurist's strong brand identity. The commercial aired across the ITV network in December 2016, including the X Factor Final, which attracted a peak 8.5m viewers.
Aligning beautiful modern brands with retro styling, such as eightieth century boat builder Chris-craft, Fin produced a style palette that perfectly reflected Accurist's classic lines. Shot against greenscreen, Weir seamlessly dropped new watches, models and action sequences into grand heritage locations on the Thames, again reflecting the classic, British brand ethos. The monochrome black & white grade completed the elegant, luxurious look, while the watches were given more prominence and presence throughout.
